Are all your products handmade?

Yes, all of our products are entirely handmade. We do not use any machine production or 3D printing during the design or production stages. Our products are crafted in an artisanal manner, staying as true as possible to traditional methods and maintaining a sense of historical authenticity.

How many days does it take for an order to be shipped?

Accepted Answer

If the product you purchased is in its original size, it will be cleaned and shipped within 1 week. However, if you request any modifications or do not order in the original size, resizing (upscaling/downscaling) can take up to 2 weeks. As with the production stage, these alterations are also done entirely by hand, requiring time and care to complete without damaging the piece.

Once your order is shipped, delivery time may vary depending on your location. After shipment, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow the delivery progress.

Can I request modifications on the product I purchased?

Yes, certain technical modifications are possible. You can request to add meaningful letters or symbols either inside or on the surface of your item. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been significantly customized.

How can I find out my ring size?

The most accurate way to find your ring size is by visiting a jeweler. They can use a ring sizer or measure your finger using a sizing tool to provide the correct size. If that's not possible, you can also determine your ring size at home using two methods:

Circumference Method: Wrap a string around your finger and mark the point where it meets. Then, measure the length up to the mark in millimeters. Compare this measurement with the sizing chart below to find your ring size.
 If you have prominent knuckles, you should also wrap the string around the widest part (the knuckle). If this measurement is larger than your finger’s circumference, use the knuckle measurement instead.
Diameter Method: Use a ring that already fits you (must be circular) and measure the inner diameter (in mm) with a ruler. Compare the result with the sizing chart below to find your ring size.

Yes, we do. We take great joy in turning meaningful stones or objects into unique jewelry pieces. While doing so, we make sure to preserve our signature style and only accept design requests that we believe will satisfy both parties.

Is it normal for the products to tarnish, and how should I care for them?

Accepted Answer

Bronze items naturally tend to oxidize and tarnish due to their composition. Silver items are more resistant than bronze but may also tarnish over time. The rate of oxidation depends on factors like your location and how much you sweat.
